2.3 Advertising and Analytics

We use Google Analytics (including Firebase Analytics), Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and Conversions API to understand which campaigns bring visitors to us and to measure sign-ups and purchases. These tools receive usage events (such as page views, sign-ups, and a purchase's amount and currency), campaign and ad-click identifiers, cookie identifiers, and a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of our internal account ID. They never receive your name, email, birth details, palm photos, or the content of your questions or readings.

You can switch this off at any time on our Your Privacy Choices page. We also honour the Global Privacy Control browser signal as an opt-out. You can additionally manage ad personalisation with Google and Meta.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for various purposes, including:

• Generating personalized readings from your birth details, and daily horoscopes
• Performing palmistry readings based on your uploaded images
• Writing AI-generated answers to your astrology questions and sending them by email
• Processing your subscription and payments
• Improving and optimizing our Services and user experience
• Communicating with you about your account and updates
• Ensuring the security of our Services and preventing fraud

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your name, email, birth details, or palm images. Advertising and analytics partners do receive the limited usage and ad-click data described in section 2.3, which some US state laws (including California's) may treat as "selling" or "sharing" personal information; you can opt out on our Your Privacy Choices page. Otherwise, we share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: We may share information with trusted vendors and service providers (such as payment processors, email services, hosting providers, and the AI model providers that analyse your palm photographs and write your readings) who perform services on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
• Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as a business asset.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

• Secure storage of palm images with restricted access
