How we keep your photos and readings safe.

Your spiritual journey is personal and private. At Whispering Palms, we prioritize the security and confidentiality of your birth details and palm images above all else.

1. Enterprise-Grade Encryption

Everything sent between your device and our servers travels over HTTPS (TLS). Your profile and images are stored with our database and storage provider, which encrypts data at rest.

2. Private Image Storage

Your palm images are stored in isolated, secure buckets with restricted access. They are used only to write your readings and to check that your left and right palm photographs belong to the same person. To describe each hand, the photograph is sent to an AI model provider under their API terms; we do not sell your images or give them to anyone for advertising.

3. Confidential Readings

All readings generated on Whispering Palms are private and delivered only to you. No person reads them as part of producing them, and your data is never sold or traded with advertising networks or marketing partners.

4. You Own Your Data

You have full control over your profile and data. You can update your birth details in settings at any time. To have your account and all associated palm images permanently deleted, write to admin@whispering-palms.org.
